On Sept. 2, 2007, Rowena Yeager, Studio Wish
Salon & Colour Café owner, held
her annual hog roast.
This year, proceeds went to Hattie Larlham.
Through a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction,
$600 was raised.
Yeager and her family have a long history
with Hattie Larlham. Her mother spent time
with Hattie herself during a bible study
program and Yeager has styled hair for the
annual Center for Excellence prom.
The Streetsboro-based organization also
has a hair-care specialty line. A portion
of its proceeds benefit Hattie Larlham.
