The Hattie’s Doggie Day Care & Boarding job coach supports all aspects of the doggie day care’s operation. Duties include implementing programming for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities employed to care for the dogs as part of their individual plan and vocational habilitation. Duties may also include customer service, general cleaning, animal care and maintaining supplies.
The Hattie’s Doggie Day Care & Boarding job coach is a part-time position. The job requires 20-25 hours per week. The job candidate will have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on the doggie day care’s needs.
The Hattie’s Doggie Day Care & Boarding job coach position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year experience working with people with disabilities. Prior animal care experience is preferred. The position requires a valid Ohio driver’s license meeting Hattie Larlham’s driving requirements. The candidate must pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screening.
