Daniel Warner is Hattie Larlham’s vice president of operations. Warner joined Hattie Larlham in May 2007. Prior to being promoted to vice president of operations, Warner served as Hattie Larlham’s facilities director. He worked as the owners advocate during the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities capital campaign construction and renovation project as well as the construction and renovation of vocational enterprises and supported living homes. Warner also initiated modifications within maintenance, housekeeping and transportation departments, which improved overall the services and care Hattie Larlham provides to children and adults with developmental disabilities. His changes also improved customer service, communications and data tracking and saved the company money.
Warner has worked in facility management for more than 35 years. Previously, he worked for Johnson Controls Integrated Facilities Management as a critical site facility manager attached to Key Bank Cleveland Corporate Offices, where he managed the operations of more than one million square feet of high-rise and office buildings, critical data operations, 28 maintenance technicians and various outsourced contractors.
Warner earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and his master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Warner is a member of the Disability Housing Network and National Fire Protection Agency and is a certified ALICE and adult vocational education instructor.
