Sandy Neal, vice president, Community Services, brought her wealth of healthcare experience to Hattie Larlham in 1998. As executive director, Neal is responsible for all operations for Hattie Larlham Community Services (HLCS) including budgets, planning, regulatory compliance and programming.
Before coming to Hattie Larlham, Neal spent 20 years in the home health industry. She began her career as a nurse in both a hospital and homecare setting. As she progressed through her career, Neal held both management and executive positions at a home health organization.
Neal received her Registered Nurse diploma from the IdaBelle Firestone School of Nursing and attended the University of Akron in pursuance of her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Neal is a member of several trade and professional disability organizations.
