Wendy Pardee, Ph.D.

Wendy Pardee

Pardee was appointed Hattie Larlham CEO on November 1, 2016. She was selected for the position following a national search. Pardee succeeds Hattie Larlham Emeritus CEO Dennis Allen, who led the organization for 28 years.

Pardee and her family moved to Hudson, Ohio, from Central Pennsylvania. She has more than 15 years experience in human services. Pardee was formerly chief executive officer for Skills of Central Pennsylvania, a $50 million intellectual disability and behavioral healthcare provider.

Pardee has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Management of Information Systems, a Masterís in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Administration and Leadership Studies. She has served on community health councils, YMCA boards, community daycare boards, the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association board, the Center Area Transportation Authority Board and the American Association of University Women.
