Employment Services

Hattie Larlham Employment Services works with a network of Northeast Ohio companies to help people with physical, mental, emotional or developmental disabilities on their employment journey. A Hattie Larlham professional works with the person to prepare for, obtain and retain employment.

Employment services are individualized and tailored to the needs and employment goals of the person. Transition youth services provide instruction and supports for high school-aged youth in Summit, Portage and Medina counties preparing for post-secondary education and employment services. To participate, the person with a disability must be eligible for services through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) or other state or county agency.
